Job Responsibilities:
β’ Responsible for timely resolution of customer issues, effective monitoring of tickets, understanding OEM catalogs and pricing.
β’ Teleconference with the Supplier to get updates and ensuring timely escalations of issues.
β’ Work with international clients belonging to Foreign Regions.
β’ Work in rotation while providing customers with timely and desired feedback.
β’ Solve customer issues through various communication tools (Email, Phone Calls, etcβ¦).
β’ Develop calculations based on order size and essential requirements.
Job Shifts: Job Shifts: Rotational (11:00 PM to 08:00 AM β 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM β 04:00 PM to 11:00 AM β 01:00 PM to 08:00 PM)
Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 4 Years of Customer Services, Research & Analysis
Location: Karachi (SMCHS)
Candidate should have managerial or assistant managerial experience.
Skills:
β’ Fluent English Verbal & Written Communication Skills as the incumbent will be dealing in International Market

Education: BBA/MBA (Marketing/Supply Chain) (Applicants having A/O Levelβs background will be preferred).
