ERP Business Analyst

Generix Solutions is looking for a full time experienced ERP Developer cum Business Analyst. It is an expert level position to develop your career by working with a highly professional team from one of the top software houses in Pakistan, developing industry-leading software solutions.

• The major focus of this position shall be to requirements documentation, functional specification and design, dissemination of requirements to the development team working on web based ERP systems development, including development of new features & components and maintenance of existing software systems
• Must be hands-on in business analysis and documentation, development of quality software components and systems according to RS/SRS by using Software Engineering & Quality standards and Produce Software Documentation as per assigned tasks
• Coordinate with Team Members, Assist Project Manager and Development Manager and other departments
• Support to SQA team in Test Case Development and Execution
• Any other tasks assigned by the management

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in Software Development, Business/Systems Analysis with excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Urdu)
• Excellent domain knowledge of ERP Systems (for Trading, Services and Manufacturing)
• Good Programming Skills and knowledge of Software Engineering & SDLC and able to work methodically and accurately as part of a team
• Excellent in Business Requirements Documentation (Business Analysis) by understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders on AS-IS System
• Define Business Process, Flow Diagrams for AS-IS and TO-BE Systems
• Create, Analyze, and Validate detailed Functional Specifications (FS/SRS) and facilitate to Design & Implementation Team to define the Solution
• Good skills on Web API & Browser-Based GUI Development. Experience in ADO.NET, MS-SQL SQL 2008/2010
• Strong skills and hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC Framework, Bootstrap, java script, AJAX and jQuery, Web API, Angular 2.0, Entity Framework and related web technologies
• Good knowledge of programming languages, constructs and best practices
• Expert in object-oriented concepts (OOC) and multi-tier development
• Certification(s) in Microsoft Technologies (as desired) and Business Analysis is a great plus
