· Managing Asterisk (Free PBX) based Inbound and Outbound Call Center solution
· Hands on experience in configuration with CLI and GUI both
· Integration of SIP Trunks and PRIs
· Integration of Asterisk Call Center solution with CRMs
· Integration of Asterisk with recording solutions
· Strong understanding of Elastix, Vici Dial, Go Auto Dial, Free PBX Trix box
· Experienced VoIP & network troubleshooting
· Understanding of DR and backup Solutions for VoIP Services
· Understanding of VoIP termination through SIP, and PRI is required
· In-depth understanding of Asterisk and Free PBX in a flash configuration files and ability to migrate files between various versions
· Solid understanding in a LINUX environment (We use CentOS 5 & 6)
· Configuration of predictive dialer, ring groups, SIP Trunks and call routing
· Must have at least 1 year of experience of VoIP and overall two years of experience in the same field.
· Must be at least Bachelors (Computer Science).
· Must be at least Bachelors (Computer Science)
· Possess good communication skills (verbal & written both).
· Possess excellent analytical skills.
· Flexible to work in shifts.
· Must be a good team player.
