CSR will be overseeing the complete operations.
You will be tackling issues concerning orders, refunds, exchanges, deals & promotions.
Resolve complaints via phone call, email or social media platforms.
Individual should be able to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution with a pleasant and aggressive work approach.
Job Timing:
Monday to Saturday
Bachelors degree with at least 02 years of relevant experience.
Incumbent must be well versed in writing & speaking English.
