Job Purpose:
* * The resource should be able to design, develop and test the software applications by converting projects requirement specification into coding using Microsoft Dot Net technologies.
The resource should also be able to do peer code reviews and also assist in implementation.
Particularly the resource should be well versed with Microsoft Dot Net, C#, VB.NET , SQL Server, PL/SQL Programming.
Principal Responsibilities:
Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client
Design technical specification based on System requirement specification documents
Design test cases based on technical specification documents
Develop .Net application based on Microsoft code standards
Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes
Peer code review
Perform impact analysis
Maintenance / Enhancement existing applications
Support running applications
Job Specification Education :
Masterβs Degree in Computer Science / Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dot Net technologies, SQL Server programming.
Microsoft Certified professional
Work Experience : -- Proficiency in Microsoft .Net Frame Work 2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0
- Proficiency in ASP.Net 2.0 and above, C#, IIS, VB.Net
- Proficiency in WPF, Silver Light, WCF
- Experience in OOPS , ORM Frameworks, AJAX, XML, XSLT, SQL Server, PL/SQL
Technical Competencies :
Application Programming - The ability to code and test modules that meet the design specifications in Microsoft Dot Net Technologies.
Change Management Analysis and Processes - The ability to coordinate changes, recognize potential problems and understand impacts before changes are implemented
Configuring & Optimizing the System - The ability to ensure optimum system operation through the use of system rules, control parameters or commands
RDBMS Systems - The ability to utilize SQL Server/Oracle packages and code in PL/SQL.
