Job Description

Answer calls and respond to emails.

Research required information using available resources.

Manage and resolve customer complaints.

Update, maintain existing customer and Enter new customer information into system.

Process orders.

Identify and escalate priority issues.

Contact businesses or private individuals by phone calls or E-Mails.

Describe products and services.

Identify and overcome objections.

Take the customer through the sales process.

Obtain possible customer leads and turn them into customers.

Follow up on initial contacts.

Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.

Complete call logs.

Produce call reports.

Training and development where need.

Job Specification

MS Office.

Good communication skills both Urdu & English.

Determined & Enthusiastic.

Able to work & face pressure situations.

Good English & Urdu Accent.
