Requirements:

* Well English spoken
* Brillient convincing power
* Able to solve all the issues regarding customer dealing
* Must have atleast two year experience in call center industry
* Able to meet the given target

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the representatives
* Close the orders if sale rep is unable to close it
* Provide help to sale rep in case of any issue during the call
* Make better working environment at floor
* Provide training to new candidates
* Increase the ratio of spd of sale rep
* Achieve the given sales target
* Interview taking
