1- Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance services.
2- Maintain the company network infrastructure.
3- Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
4- Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems. TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance.
5- Ensure computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation.
7- Update the equipments and applications for security patches, firmware, and definitions regularly.
8- Provide user support for OS, office applications and business applications, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation tasks.
9- Implement and deploy upcoming IT projects (hardware, network, and software applications) as per timeline given by management.
