1. Consults with functional departments regarding appropriate controls for their operations-gathering information on current practices.
2. Aids in identifying, assessing and developing solutions for internal control, security and information.
3. Interacts effectively with different types of people.
4. Assists in conducting test examinations by analyzing and verifying records and financial data; examines invoices and checks for correctness of transactions.
5. Prepares a summary of findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the audit.
6. Assists in the development of systems and procedures for a more efficient operation.
7. Assists in the preparation of an audit program and audit tools for internal audit assignments.
8. Help to ensure compliance with codes of Corporate Governance & Financial Reporting Framework.

1. Excellent verbal/written communication and people interfacing skills
2. Knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits.
3. Good analytical skills
4. Skilled in extracting information
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
6. Attention to detail, with ability to plan, organize, and track multiple assignments.
