Due to solid growth over the last three years, we are now in a position to recruit an ambitious, focussed and driven Sales/Marketing Executive for the position described below:
Primary Role:
To be accountable for the targeting, implementation and realisation of all primary revenue streams for the company. Develop, implement and maintain marketing and promotional resources to maximise sales potential. To meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as agreed with Sales/Managing Director.
Deal appropriately with all incoming sales enquiries, maximising growth and profit for the company
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other marketing sources
Set up meetings with clients to discuss their wishes and concerns
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints/objections
Work with the Business Unit Head to develop and implement sales strategy, marketing strategy and business growth, both within B2B and B2C sectors
Be responsible, along with the Business Unit Head, for implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to develop the brand and generate sales. Show initiative and take a lead role in social media presence and website content.
Develop systems capable of improving efficiency, organisation and volume of sales
Work to ensure that the sales team and operations team work seamlessly together to ensure high levels of delivery

Knowledge of events management would be advantageous

The drive to develop in-depth knowledge about the company product portfolio and associated markets
Background and professional experience:
Extensive experience working in professional sales and marketing environments
Must be able to demonstrate competence within a professional framework and delivery of results
It would be a distinct advantage to have worked in an events environment, and understand the differing needs of clients in both corporate and private environments
