Lead Retail Sales and Operations functions
Work to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets at the same time optimize inventory at outlets
Assist with retail target setting and monitoring of the same
Hire, train and motivate all sales staff for maximizing sales and achieve efficiency
Ensure best shop ambiance, hygiene & safety, visual merchandising and customer service
Coordination with Landlords & Mall Managements
Oversee regular updating of visual merchandising, product is properly displayed, prices are visible and all visuals are up to date and properly displayed
Provide timely stock demand to merchandising, planning & supply chain team for timely supply of required stocks
Continuously monitor stock position of individual stores to ensure that required inventory is available all the time and maintained in an organized manner
Provide customer feedback to merchandising & planning team in an organized manner
Strategist on the basis of customer feedback and various insights related to product and customer experience in order to enhance sales
Initiate, supervise and ensure timely completion of fit-out, construction & renovation work of stores as per required standard
Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local and international competitors are doing, and actively look for potential new locations for retail expansion
Ensure that all marketing and POS activities are implemented and the impact on footfall and sales is measured and monitored
Initiate new marketing and promotional concepts and activities
To collate information and other statistical reports on shops’ progress, or action planning as required, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all aspects of administration, following up issues of discrepancies as required.
Support wholesale team whenever required
Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
To promote a customer care approach within the retail business
Any related tasks assigned by management
Achievement of sales targets of assigned shops
Steady improvement in conversions, ATV & UPT
Maximum customer satisfaction in terms of service, product and overall experience
