Source candidates for client vacancies from Internet job-boards, networking sites and generic internet searches.
Screening of prospective candidates through telephone interviews.
Develop knowledge and expertise of client industry sectors
Job Specification
Good English language skills (written and spoken) with desire to develop to a business level standard.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good internet researching skills.
Previous experience of working in the international market, e.g. BPOs, call center, etc would be a bonus.
Desire to develop career in the international recruitment arena.
Self motivated and team focused individual with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Must possess a high level of personal and professional integrity in line with our core values.
