Job Description

To monitor the perishable business and send regular updates to the customers.

Timely compliance of the agreed general and payment terms and conditions

Follow up with the customers for billing and payments and process bookings with the shipping lines.

Understand the cold chain system and get approvals on the BL instructions from customers to communicate the approved BL instructions to the shipping lines.

To listen to the existing and new customer queries and complaints regarind the persiahble products and cold chain system and how does it operate.

Cordinate with operations and other departments for staisfactory reply to the customer's queries , complaints and claims.

Handling all the queries via telephone and emails and ensure them about the product details and make timely follow ups with the customers.

Job Specification

Excellent command on written and verbal communication.

Time Management.

Analytical and problem solving

Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

have sound knowledge about cold chain system and perishable products.
