Job Description
1- Supply Chain Management, Purchase Planning, Import, supplier development, Price negotiation.
2- Vendor sourcing by development analysis to ascertain the best supplier in term of value, delivery schedule and quality.
3- Evaluating and monitoring suppliers and maintain strong relationship with them to assure that cost, quality and delivery targets are met.
4- Negotiating contracts, monitoring their progress and ensuring the quality standard are followed.
5- Purchase of material as and when demanded by respective functions.
6- To generate Purchase Order for local buying and to ensure with strong follow up that payments are done on time.
7- Ensure proper updation of data / transections in SAP system.
8- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
