Responsibilities & Duties
1. Recruitment and Selection
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure cost saving, timely, organized and comprehensive procedure used to hire staff.
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
- Schedule and organize interviews.
- To participate in applicant interviews.
- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- Conduct exit interviews.
2. Staff Performance and Attendance Activities:-
- Supervision of daily attendance.
- Investigation and inquiry of fluctuations in staff attendance.
- Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
- Monitor the maintenance of the leave record
- Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
3. Design Human Resource Manual
- To command and supervise in designing and implementation of Human resources Manual including personnel management policies and procedures.
- Promote healthy work environment.
- Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on salary and benefits systems.
- Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the community.
- Explain the provisions of the personnel policy.
3. Training and Development
- Identify training and development opportunities.
- Conduct training need analysis
- Plan and organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
- Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures.
- Formulate and design Training and development plans
- Liaison with relevant Training Houses and Professionals
- Coordinate with consultants
Recruitment, Employee Relation, Pay administration, Compensation & Benefits, Concrete project management skills, consistently meet objectives, Excellent telephone manner and high standard of communication skills , Experience of working within a target driven environment, time management, team player.
