Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Recruitment and Selection

  1. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure cost saving, timely, organized and comprehensive procedure used to hire staff.
  2. Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
  3. Schedule and organize interviews.
  4. To participate in applicant interviews.
  5. Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
  6. Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
  7. Conduct exit interviews.

2. Staff Performance and Attendance Activities:-

  1. Supervision of daily attendance.
  2. Investigation and inquiry of fluctuations in staff attendance.
  3. Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
  4. Monitor the maintenance of the leave record
  5. Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
  6. Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.

3. Design Human Resource Manual

  1. To command and supervise in designing and implementation of Human resources Manual including personnel management policies and procedures.
  2. Promote healthy work environment.
  3. Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on salary and benefits systems.
  4. Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the community.
  5. Explain the provisions of the personnel policy.

3. Training and Development

  1. Identify training and development opportunities.
  2. Conduct training need analysis
  3. Plan and organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
  4. Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures.
  5. Formulate and design Training and development plans
  6. Liaison with relevant Training Houses and Professionals
  7. Coordinate with consultants

Job Specification

Recruitment, Employee Relation, Pay administration, Compensation & Benefits, Concrete project management skills, consistently meet objectives, Excellent telephone manner and high standard of communication skills , Experience of working within a target driven environment, time management, team player.
