Post vacancies using multiple channels.
Maintain and update data pool of candidates.
Screening of candidates for current vacant positions.
Scheduling interviews.
Conducting interviews along with PD of concerned department.
Finalizing candidates.
Issuing Offer letter, Appraisal Letter, Experience Letter.
Maintaining complete track record of current and ex-employees.
Conducting Exit Interviews.
Updating HR and company related policies time by time.
Assisting Accounts personel in maintaining payroll and attendance management
Good communication skills.
Sound Knowledge about HR functions and practices will be preffered.
Proven prior track record of working in relevant field.
Good command over MS Office.
Good interpersonal skill
