Job Description

  • Handling, resolving customer queries to their satisfaction level
  • Provide word, excel and secretarial support to clients
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone / email, fax and text messages
  • Keeping a track of queries, incoming and outgoing calls
  • Assisting finance department in collection and providing support and service to existing and new clients
  • Assist to admin manager in administrative task
  • Comprehensive computer, Internet search and written communication skills.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Respond to public inquiries, handling support calls
  • Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
  • Maintain and develop professional relations with the existing and new client
  • Assist the Executive Directors and other staff as requested
