Responsible for seamless coordination, communication and control of all purchases matters at Lahore Office.
Manage SAP System in coordination with accounts, service and sales departments and ensure simplified process and minimal time consumption for the purchase of spare parts.
Maintain and update inventory records of purchase items of spare parts.
Prepare purchase orders and handle purchase stock, keep them in safe and sound place and enter data in SAP.
Prepare daily activity reports of purchased items.
Maintain record of minimum and maximum level of spare parts and coordinate with the concerned departments of Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan offices regarding parts availability and dispatches according to their demands.
