Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems etc
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Engage with all stakeholders and departments of assigned customer for day-to-day support and resolution of issues related to assigned solution
Conduct trainings of assigned solution when and where required on need basis
Prepare product presentations, datasheets, comparative reports, manuals/guides etc. for the customer on need basis.
