Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant for one of our clients of Manufacturing concern based in Port Qasim.
Experience: 3-5 Years in relevant field
Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters in Finance/ACCA Part Qualified
Age: 28-30
Location: Port Qasim
Job Specification
• Verify, control and issue client invoices. Manage client details, records and statistics.
• Collect, verify and enter supplier invoices. Manage supplier details, records and statistics.
• Participate in accounts payable, accounts receivable accounting procedures.
• Participate in all general accounting activities and maintain an adequate internal control
structure.
• Assist in closing the books on a monthly basis and in reconciliation of balance sheets.
• Assist managing fixed asset accounting system.
• Assist reviewing assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses to ensure that they are classified
correctly and to understand unusual amounts and transactions.
• Administer the processing of credits, credit memos, and debit memos.
• Generate various reports required by management and other internal customers.
• Prepare VAT declaration.
• Record leasing documents in accounting system.
• Prepare income statements.
• Participate in annual financial statement audit and monthly inventory counts. Assist in closing
the books at the end of the year.
