Functional/Technical Skills
- Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes
- Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution being tested
- Business process understanding
- Create clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases.
- Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
- Liaison with development team(s), project manager(s), and customer support.
- Excellent Technical Writing Skill in English is a must.
Soft Skills
- Clear communicator (written and verbal) ability to write test plans and test cases.
- Report / communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders.
- Can understand technical problems ability to translate technical requirements test plans
- Focused on deadlines and deliverable(s) ability to find the bad defects and bugs quickly
Requirements:
- BS / MCS / MS in Computer Science or Equivalent in related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant QA technical experience.
