Job Description
We are looking for a self-starter Field service technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Service persons has to repair and service all the machinery and equipment present in a company premises or mainly at Customers Locations in different Industrial Zones of a city,They have to plan the servicing work in advance with the help of guidelines provided by Service Manager .
The goal of our business is ensure customer satisfaction while providing the highest quality of professional service that speaks for itself.
