1- Responsible for responding to any inbound calls, establish a friendly rapport with the caller and handle it according to established SOPs of organization.
2- Required to make outbound calls to qualified leads, brief them about company products and nurture that lead into a sale.
3- Undergoing an intense induction program to learn about the products and services offered by company to clients in a limited timeframe. This would be required so they are equipped with all information necessary to handle client queries.
4- Generate reports and provide them to their Team Lead on regular basis.
5- May also be required to do market research and share findings with management
