Job Description

  1. Looks after administrative activities of the Institute as assigned by the Senior Manager/assistant Director
  2. Arranges meetings of Institute , prepares and distributes minutes of meetings and keeps records.·
  3. · Arranges training programs conducted by Institute and keeping record of the participants' performance. Prepares Certificates for training participants & distribution
  4. Keeps records of the training programs.·
  5. Assists in Incident Reports Investigation·
  6. Co-ordinates· & perform External Quality Audit of Hospitals under RIHIS domain .
  7. Works data analysis of Quality activities in different hospitals .·
  8. Assists Principal/Director and Senior Manager/Assistant Director in day-to- day assignments.·
  9. Assists in the review of policy and procedures of different hospitals.·
  10. Involves in review of quality assurance standards and existing hospital policy and procedures.·
  11. · Assists Senior Mnager/ Assistant Director in supervising implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality assurance standards in hospitals to ensure the delivery of quality care to patients.
  12. · Assists Assistant Director/Senior Manager in reviewing and evaluating patients' medical records whenever requested for applying quality assurance criteria.
  13. Collects data from hospitals and writes· narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings and generates reports for Director/Principal.
  14. Assists in quality improvement activities undertaken by RIHIS.·
  15. Assists in quality monitoring for JCI·
  16. Develops a review-timeline for pertinent Quality of care issues.·
  17. Conducts rounds· & follow up rounds of hospitals under supervision of Senior Manager/Assistant Director
  18. Analysis· & reports making of patient FB forms & complaints.
  19. · Assists Assistant Director/Senior Manager in complaints verification, meetings with pts/ staff members, record keeping & report making for Principal/Director.
