Job Description

Currently serving as Assistant Director Quality Management in a reputable ISO.JCI Accredited National & International Hospitals. Experience of conducting QA Internal and External Audits for JCI Accreditation and ISO Certification for hospitals. Should have experience of developing healthcare improvement and safety programs and implementing the methodology into projects/work streams.

CPHQ or Certified Quality Practitioner with Lead Auditor Course in ISO,9000,14000,18000OHSA Additional patient safety or quality improvement qualification preferable.

Experience of developing healthcare improvement and safety

programs and implementing the methodology into projects/work streams.

Working across organizational boundaries with the capability to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Development and delivery of plans to meet strategic objectives.

Experience in carrying out a wide range of tasks and delivering to competing deadlines.

Experienced and comfortable working with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels.

Producing reports tailored to the needs of the target audience.

Experience of line management and performance management of staff.

Experience of managing project contracts, budgets and resources.

Demonstrable experience of assisting in the preparation of publications including reports, newsletters, presentations and publications.

Job Specification

Registration from concerned regulatory body (PMDC/PNC/PPC)

Comprehensive knowledge of Quality, Healthcare risk management and Patient safety programs.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Strong written and oral communication, presentation, problem resolution/negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to exercise leadership and direct multidisciplinary individuals and groups.

Ability to set priorities, develop multifaceted action plans, monitor and report of progress.

Commitment to personal development Good IT skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
