Currently serving as Assistant Director Quality Management in a reputable ISO.JCI Accredited National & International Hospitals. Experience of conducting QA Internal and External Audits for JCI Accreditation and ISO Certification for hospitals. Should have experience of developing healthcare improvement and safety programs and implementing the methodology into projects/work streams.
CPHQ or Certified Quality Practitioner with Lead Auditor Course in ISO,9000,14000,18000OHSA Additional patient safety or quality improvement qualification preferable.
