Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visit clients to demonstrate use of products, and take orders
- Arrange a schedule of visits to major potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments for Sr. KAM
- Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets
- Manage large amounts
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

Relationships:
- Supervised by the Senior Key Account Manager, Works closely and maintains communications with all department.
Working Hours:
Full time position: (8.5) hours with 5/6 working days a week. Due to fluctuations may be required to work extra hours.
