Senior .Net Developer

WorkMobile Private Limited (www.workmobileforms.com) is looking to hire a senior software engineer for its office in Lahore, Pakistan. WorkMobile is an award winning business providing cloud based mobile data capture services. It has its headquarters in Manchester UK.

We are looking for candidates with a proven, rock solid technical background. Candidates should possess experience in .net and SQL, custom controls and third party components along with a good understanding of SOA and SaaS. Candidates with experience of working in the UK or other English speaking countries are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to travel to the UK for knowledge transfer from the client
• A hands on attitude and the desire to code
• Delivery focused with an emphasis on quality
• Main liaison with peers in UK and team locally to provide a seamless development capability
• Input into company strategy and provide research on relevant emerging technologies

Education and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in computer science
• 4-6 years relevant full life cycle software development experience using .Net / SQL
• Experience with custom controls and third party components like Telerik, DevExpress is a must
• Understanding and/or experience of design patterns
• Understanding of SOA and SaaS (WCF, Restful services)
• Knowledge and understanding about agile development environment
