3. Hands on experience for MS Outlook Configurations and Troubleshooting
4. Level – 1 Troubleshooting of Data & Voice Infrastructure
5. Basic Understanding on Cooperate iPhone and iPad Configurations
Associates or equivalent technical degree in IT, MIS, computer science or related field.
Preferably 01 to 02 year experience
Exceptional knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10, 8.1, 7, Vista, XP), MS Office Suite, and multiple Internet browsers.
Available to rotate on-call for after-hours emergency support.
