Front Desk Officer / Receptionist
We are seeking a Front Desk Officer
Main Responsibilities:
1. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all of the necessary office supplies.
2. Should maintain office Extension lists and Employee contact details readily available for quick reference and customer assistance.
3. Greet and welcome Guests. Ensure prompt facilitation and assistance.
4. Maintain and strengthen companyβs corporate image through effective customer service.
5. Answer questions and address complaints politely.
6. Answer all incoming calls, redirect them or take messages.
7. Take quick decisions ensuring smooth business operations.
8. Receive mail (letters, parcels, packages) and distribute them on time.
9. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
10. Check, sort and forward emails
11. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
12. Keep updated records and files
13. Monitor office expenses and costs
14. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.
