1- Responsible for all Health Insurance related coordination for the employees of Pathfinder Group
2- Preparation of Health Insurance summary for management review.
3- Addition / deletion of covered member list of employees & Family members in the health insurance.
4- Coordination with the Regional and Branch HR Officers for updating data of employees, medical reimbursement cases and cheques.
5- Coordination with the medical team, employees and HR officers for approval of Pre-Authorization and medical reimbursement cases.
6- In emergency cases, coordination with representative of medical team/Panel hospitals and employees to ensure timely admission of patients.
7-To process the reimbursement claims, scrutiny of medical officer, verification, approval of claim committee and submit to finance for issuance cheque accordingly.
8- To update health insurance deductions in the payroll according to the defined salary slabs.
9- Responsible for preparation of Employees computerized employment cards of Pathfinder Group.
10- Responsible for any other task assigned by HR Manager.
