HRSI requires office coordinators for one of its clients of manufacturing concern.
The incumbent would be responsible for the following duties.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing system.
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
-Records maintenance skills.
-Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
