We are looking for a home based part-time female Coordinator.
Who is directly going to work under our Directors and Managers.
Tasks she has to perform are:
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
Update daily progresse of all employees and recording them on our project manamgent tools.
Be the part of senior memebers meeting and make notes out of it.
Computer Knowledge
Fluency in English
Good Comunication
Know Basic Reporting
