Dealing with Financials Institution (Banks).
Receivables Monitoring and follow ups for payments.
Credit Evaluations & Admin Ensuring the accuracy of customer’s ledgers.
Ensuring the reconciliation with customers.
Maintaining liaisons with sales team on recoveries and follow ups.
Reconciling the receivables accounts with sales team.
Prepare daily business reports.
Prepare all books, record keeping.
Execute the Banking and payments process.
All Logs maintenance.
IT related equipment trouble shootings
Minimum B.com degree.
Familiar with Wholesales and distribution accounting.
Skills in MS Office particularly.
Experienced in Data analysis/development/processing.
Possess good accounting experience, Tax knowledge additional advantage.
Excellent eye for detail, diligent knowledge of accounting regulations.
Ability to report to senior management & work in team
