ecShirt Limited is looking for a talented and very competitive E-Commerce Sales Manager that thrives in a fast paced environment. The E-Commerce Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious online revenue growth objectives. Must be comfortable working with outside vendors, procurement, marketing and web development departments.
Major Responsibility:
Work on key performance indicators and develop plans to increase current metrics
Define Webstore strategy to drive more traffic to Infocus Direct
Reporting responsibility of Sales Volumes and Margin Percentage for e-commerce on a weekly basis
Evaluate current strategic direction of the current e-commerce channel and recommend any necessary changes
Responsible for overall profitability and sales revenue targets for overall e-commerce channels
Ensure proper stock levels and pricing meets needs of e-commerce channels
Ensure all links are working and database is up to date
Provide feedback to Marketing, Sales, Logistics and Vendors on webstore performance
Provide promotional direction and pricing recommendations for the webstore
Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the webstore
Proven sales track record of increasing sales, with 1-2 years of experience minimum
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience is a plus!
Pay per click experience is a plus!
e-commerce experience is a plus!
Consumer product experience required in e-commerce role.
Highly knowledgeable with business mathematics and terminology
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Basic understanding of channel distribution sales model a plus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent
