Job Description
Are you based in Lahore? Want to earn extra income? We are looking for part time freelance Inbound sales agent. As a part of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for receiving inbound sales calls, taking prospective customers through the sales process and making the sale. we offer an exciting, data-driven, entrepreneurial work environment. You need to be Fluent in English and Urdu. Energetic communication in English and exceptional sales skills is our requirement. Prior BPO/ call center experience will be plus. Students who are confident to clients on phone in English may also apply. We pay good commission per sale bases.
Preference will be given to candidates from Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
Leads Follow up
Customer follow up quotes and orders
maintain quotes.
Responds to Customer Service calls.
Answers customer inquiries.
Manages Bids Quotes, RFQ’s and general Government sales activity
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with customers.
Job Specification
¨ Degree from Reputed University
¨ Minimum 1 year prior telephone or face to face sales experience
¨ industry experience a plus
¨ Strong PC and computer software experience – Microsoft word, outlook, excel, PowerPoint and CRM Software
¨ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
¨ Exceptional listening and probing skills
¨ Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
