Sales Coordinator
Silver Surgical Complex (Pvt) Ltd., Pakistan

1. Deal and coordinate with all Pakistan customers as well as sales & Marketing Staff.
2. Work on Government institutions tenders and issue required CDR
3. Maintain daily posting of Sales /Payment report in ERP.
4. Handle Sales inquiries about products; send quotation and samples to customers.
5. Forward Customers Product Complaint’s to Production & Quality Control
6. Prepare local sales target Sheets
7. Investigate disputed balance of customers
8. Maintain Sales Statements, Recovery record, Customers Collection, W.H.T, Sales tax etc.

Minimum 03 to 05 years experience (Pharma and surgical company experience will be preferable)

Good communications skills

Qualification MBA / or Minimum Graduate
