Ø Deal with formal calls
Ø Promoting the organization’s presence in assigned territory
Ø Follow up, and setup meetings
Ø Generate quotation and take follow up on quotation
Ø Quote, Close, and Deliver the product
Ø Handle Clients independently
Ø Position the product and design solutions
Ø Understand the customer proposition
Ø Continuous payment follow-up and recovery
Ø Infrequently handle collection and delivery
Ø Resolve customer warranty /technical issues through support
Ø Build customer relationship
Ø Ability to communicate verbal and written
Ø Ability to promote brand or product
Ø Should evaluate customer profiling or targeting
