To assist the Regional Manager in recruitment process. It includes, initial screening of CVs, short listing candidates for interviews, conducting tests, background check (educational, employer & references), complete documentation and before and after hiring formalities.
To handle day to day HR operations functions and duties.
To assist the Regional Manager in establishing and maintain effective working relationships with employees through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation.
Properly handle complaints and grievances of the employees and share with the Regional manager on regular basis.
Experience:
4+ years of experience working in human resources department.
Complete knowledge of Recruitment cycle and be able to handle it independently in the absence of Manager- HR.
To maintain the confidentiality of the HR department at each level.
Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Well Organized
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point).
Organized, multi-tasking and an active team member
Good communication (Verbal & Written both) & Interpersonal skills
