The interns will be responsible for providing support to the Marketing Communications team by working on projects involving digital marketing. The role will require the incumbent to interact with a variety of marketing specialists. To be successful in this role, the incumbent must be an entrepreneurial and creative individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing and excellent communication skills (verbal and written). They will also require the ability to work both individually and collaboratively, while ensuring that all deliverables and deadlines are consistently met.
Currently enrolled in a Marketing program at a recognized post-secondary institution Strong willingness to learn, and ability to apply learning to the role Team player & willing to work collaboratively to help the team achieve common goals Strong understanding of current trends and best practices related to digital marketing, including social media Strong competency with MS Office Understanding of Google Analytics, email automation and Social Media Management tools Experience with MS SharePoint, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset The role may require occasionally working outside of regular business hours
