To develop/sustain new and existing market as well as to take care of all the Marketing activities across the Eezy Group.
- To develop and implement the Eezy Group strategy to maximize revenue and ensure the highest standards of customer service
- To manage, develop and care for the team responsible for sales
- To set the strategic direction, oversee and co-ordinate all e-commerce activities across the group
- To manage the relationship with the e-commerce platform provider
- To work with Information Systems and the support development of system improvements
- To ensure that the e-commerce activity is consistent with the ethos of the group
- To identify industry’s best practices and recommend the appropriate solution
- To ensure e-commerce function across the group is maximizing its market potential
- To ensure that ‘new market opportunities’ are identified & developed; and ‘market entry plans’ are managed accordingly
- To ensure that appropriate promotional and communication programs are planned and executed in a timely manner
- To ensure that the e-commerce elements on the website are fully functional and meet customer needs
- To oversee the fulfilment of goods and services ordered via e-commerce channel and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and business efficiency
- To maintain and increase personal knowledge of priority sectors
- To maintain a network of contacts to contribute towards the communication planning and delivery
