Job Description:
Create service tickets by recording devixce & customer information on Reppro.
Determine the cause of problems, selescting & explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Attract potential customer by answering product & service related queries over the phone & email.
Coordinate/follow up with nationwide care center for service related activates.
On daily basis cash handover to head offfice finance department.
Record the daily purchases & expense in excel.
Good Communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
