The candidate will be required to help the client in understanding:
- What are their key concerns as it relates to the health & wellbeing of their employee (& dependent) populations, e.g. increasing cost of medical plan, absenteeism, talent management
- What are the metrics against which they would judge the efficacy of their investment into health and wellness related initiatives
- Budgetary constraints and setting of priorities with an objective to helping clients achieve improved employee health and productivity.
- How to address issues: e.g. diseases, vaccinations, health advisory, second medical opinions etc. and deliver content/reports around health related stewardship
Work along with the Head of Department to design innovative wellness solutions that enhance our position relative to industry competitors.
Work with Account managers to facilitate claims management processes and provide expert opinions on escalations
Other assignments as directed.
Masters in Public Health is a must
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
The role requires travelling, hence the candidate should be willing for it at all times.
