Sr. Legal Counsel

1. Contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation for various telecommunication projects;
2. Handling daily legal matters with respect to company administration and management issues;
3. Liaising with concerned government authorities as and when necessary.

In-house Legal Counsel required for international telecommunications company based in Islamabad, having:
1, Minimum 5 years working experience as certified practicing lawyer or legal counsel in a multinational company, prefer the candidates from telecom operators or reputed vendors.
2, Excellent legal knowledge on Pakistani Laws especially concerning contractual principles and a good understanding of international trade and investment laws.
3, Fluent written and spoken English.
4, Knowledge or experience of Telecommunication industry is preferred.
5, Good communication skills and effective team player;
