• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Provide strategic direction and support to the Marketing & Promotional activities.
• Conduct regular feedback surveys with clients to analyze their requirements in-depth and to drive/monitor Customer Satisfaction ensuring the customer’s expectations are not just met but exceeded.
• Relationship building to foster Market networking opportunities.
• Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, marketing support, etc as needed.
• Manage client contacts in a prompt, efficient manner, providing accurate and thorough responses to requests for information.
• Assist MD in various tasks and accompany in meetings with corporate clients.

• Experience developing contents for digital media.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
