- To assist section In charge in the preparation of delivery schedule, database records, monitoring inventory, managing SRM (supplier relationship management) activities.

- Prepare, maintain & issue additional schedule related to daily parts rejection of 2W & 4W vendors.

- Issuance of order of pilot lot, trail lot, and regular lot schedule & additional schedule.

- Update (ECN) Engineering Change Notice data sheet summary.

- Ensure vendor brings well-defined documents with respect to ERP requirement and resolve the related issues.

- Compilation & making reports of diferent database as and when required.

- To engage in Kaizen activity as per target set.

- Any other assignment, given by seniors from time to time.
