International Call Center Executive
Job Description
IdeasUnlimited is an international call center looking to hire "Call Center Agents" (representatives) for its' international campaigns. The hired workers will be working from our office located at Shahra-e-Faisal.
This is a US-based campaign so we will only be considering applicants with "ADVANCED/EXCELLENT ENGLISH PROFICIENCY".
You will be signing an agreement with our company along with the job offer letter.
JOB DUTIES:
- Sales: Providing sales related information and answering sales related customer questions over the phone, email and chat platforms.
- Support: Answering service related questions over phone, email and chat platforms.
- Administrative work: CRM Management, Schedule management, Google Docs, Task Management
SCHEDULE: We have the below three shifts available:
Night Shift: 9 pm - 6 am
Monday to Friday
Package: Monthly
Base Salary: 30-40k
Commission/bonus: 10-20k
Incremental Plan: At the end of each year, your performance will be evaluated and you may be given an increment of up to 10k in your base salary.

1) English:
Must have excellent English proficiency and be able to comfortably communicate with US based customers.
This will be evaluated in our recruitment process.
2) Education:
Must have either completed A-Levels or Bachelors in any respective field. We welcome those applicants who have had exposure and education in western countries.
3) Experience:
Must have at least six months of work experience in any field. However, we prefer applicants who have had experience in sales, call center, marketing, HR and/or business administration.
4) Work Ethics:
Must be a dedicated, punctual and hard-working individual.
