The potential candidate will be working on the Offshore accounts, dealing with client communication pertaining to client needs, product orientation and demonstration using web portal and certain company tools.
The communication is strictly limited to native Unites States English. the candidate is required to keep tight grip on situations where preemptive steps would often be required to maintain client satisfaction. the candidate is expected to follow on floor policies along with laid goals of the department, and help achieve them through motivated and spirited actions.
The main aspect of job role that is mandatory:
1. Taking Client's live calls effectively identifying the nature of call and properly forward it to concerned resource/department.
2. To make cold sale calls on assigned campaigns.
3. Email Campaigns require the set number of emails generated and to be sent in accordance with the given campaign goal.
4. understanding of the product model and processes related to main functioning of the same through the training material.
5. to develop strong understanding of the product market and nature of the product competency.
6. after successful completion of the training period the candidates are to deliver live demonstrations to the potential clients.
The prospective candidates will be scrutinized for one month training period for which they will be paid the stipend in order to grasp their understanding, After the completion of the training period, the candidates will be shortlisted and finalized.
Strong Communication skills.
Excellent native US AMERICAN English accent.
Minimum of one year experience preferably with a CALL CENTER or a BPO.
High Spirited soul with energetic enthusiasm.
Well versed with IT industry.
Microsoft Office suite and other information platform literate.
Minimum Academic qualification required is BBA, BCOM, BA but individuals with FSC/FA can also qualify if they are meet the above criteria.
