Design email newsletters, online ads, website assets, and direct mail catalogs and mailers
Know your way around Photoshop and InDesign
Must have familiarity with InDesign’s master pages and paragraph styles
Follow brand standards and style guides
Have meticulous attention to detail and a passion for organization
Assist in creative asset management and project coordination
Work within a fast-paced environment and have the ability to meet last minute deadlines
Have good communication skills and a willingness to learn
Work closely with Creative and Marketing Managers in a collaborative team environment
Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design meets brand standards and business goals
Communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely while quickly applying feedback and direction as needed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of graphic design experience with both print and digital focus
Marketing/e-commerce experience is a plus
A solid understanding of basic design, color, and typography principles
Ability to work on multiple deadlines in a fast paced atmosphere with cross-functional partners
Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to project timelines
Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines is a must
High skill level in using the Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop and InDesign
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem solving skills
