Responsible for scheduling and organizing training/learning activities.
- To identify and analyse training needs of employees through annual appraisal/ performance/ development profiles/ other sources.
- Coordinate/ liaison with training consultancies/ institutes for scheduling training programs.
- To prepare different analytical reports pertaining to training & development etc.
- To conduct research and comparative analysis of training institutes/ consultancies/ educational projects of public sector etc. training programs as and when required.
- To assist in design and delivery of In-house training programs & process cases for external training programs.
- To prepare and review relevant documents and maintain their records.
- Follow up training feedback, evaluation & maintain their records.`
