• Centralize data collection and compilation of monthly reports & operation analysis, workshop operating cost, SMC Correspondence, Dealer Correspondence.
• Timely collection of all dealers' reports through regular follow up by DSMs.
• Entered and maintained the database of dealer's activity summary on monthly basis.
• Circulate improvement letters to all Suzuki dealers on monthly report basis.
• Take proper anaylsis through crystal and dashboard reporting for different analysis of data.
• Data analysis presentation on monthly basis of dealers' performance and online J/C data.
• Presentation of distributor performance on After Sales Operation.
• Real time statistical reports for online data of loyal customers.
• Correspondence of regional office for highlighting the improvement/weakness on Aftersales operation.
• Correspondence of DSMs and Regional office for abnormal/wrong data reported by dealer.
• Customer relations, retail sevice and after sales operation report submission/corespondence with SMC.
• DSM meeting presentation compilation and circulation
• Dealers' mid year conference presentation data compilation
• Quarterly ASSI data submission
• Dealer visit for online job card verification
• Analysis Data presentation of quarterly after sales operations.
